I bought a van from Pinnacle at the end of last year and on first meeting Michael, I could tell he was a genuine guy. No sales pitch, just friendly conversation. The van was perfect for what I wanted and exactly as described and pictured. It came with a 3 month warranty, which was really helpful as it had a few minor issues that had to be sorted within this time and Michael was always on hand to answer questions and offer advice. He always answered his phone and replied to messages straight away and got the van back to be looked at as soon as possible. It's been a brilliant service and I would highly recommend! Thanks so much for being so helpful and responsive.

He was very thorough on describing the vehicle he was selling and really went the extra mile to make sure all was sorted. Michael at pinnacle vans was fantastic. We brought a gorgeous camper van from him that was in great condition and for a great price. It had done very low miles so we were sure it was in fantastic condition and would have no problems but we were given 3 months engine and gearbox warranty just in case.
Michael gave the van an MOT and service as well as fixing a few bits that needed sorted and even filled up the van’s gas tank(for the heater) for us with no extra charge.
When we got back home after a fantastic 3 hour run there was a warning hazard light on and we realised that the head unit/screen was not working. Michael immediately said he would send a new head unit (even though it wasn’t covered in warranty) and he got the exact same one and sent it over and my husband fitted it. The van also needed to go into the garage for a faulty dpf and michael immediately said to get it fixed and he would pay for it. (Again this was not covered in warranty)
Would go back to michael again in a heartbeat for any future vans we will buy

1st class experience with Michael from Pinnacle.
From the point of making contact Michael was very thorough, honest and genuine. I was interested in a van that had just become available and Michael did a thorough video for me as I am based in Nottingham.
I decided to head up and take it for a test drive and then decided to purchase, I went up a few days later to pick it up, I went on the train as Michael had kindly offered to pick me up from the station. 2 months down the line and the van is spot on, I will definitely be looking to Pinnacle for my next van!

I've been really impressed with Michael. He definitely went the extra mile and some during the buying process.Nothing was too much trouble and even things I'd mentioned in passing had been dealt with on collection, much to my surprise. But the real measure of the man is how he dealt with an unexpected problem after the sale. His response was swift, decisive and he went out of his way to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Collecting the vehicle from 40 miles away, correcting the problem and delivering it back a couple of days later. I would highly recommend him and will be using him again.
